ENFORCEMENT NOTICE SERVEDON JUMBO'S OWNER
A Section 215 Notice was served on Jumbo's owner in Dec 2014. For a copy of the notice click here We commend and support this action by the Borough Council to enforce long overdue maintenance to this magnificent building. In accordance with the Notice: 2. New railings at Jumbo's entrance have been fitted and painted to replace the missing sections. 3. Wooden bollards have been installed around the perimeter of the Jumbo land, preventing cars being parked at random, which happened after the removal of the ugly hoarding around Jumbo. These improvements are welcome. However with the deadline now passed, other work required by the Section 215 Notice remains to be done, in particular repairing and repainting the cupola at the top of Jumbo.
